Project Description
Emergency First Aid at Work & Basic First Aid
This one-day first aid course covers essential first aid skills and follows the HSE recommended course content. It is especially suited for people who want a basic first aid course or a nominated first-aider in smaller, low risk working environments.
We don’t try and blind you with medical science instead we give practical ways to deal with first aid situations in a comfortable learning environment.
Having completed this one-day course you will be equipped to deal with minor injuries and how to maintain life until more experienced help arrives.
No formal assessment, continuous assessment is over the course with no written exam. The REC Certificate is valid for 3 years.
