Welcome to Effective First Aid
Based in North Wales, we run courses throughout North Wales, Chester and the North West of England. We also run private courses throughout the UK. All of our courses are provided under the Rescue Emergency Care (REC) authority, which are fully recognised by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

At Home or in the Office
Whether you are after a basic first aid course at home or a first aid course for your work in any kind of environment, we aim to provide you with an engaged approach to first aid training. The REC first aid course is ideal for this. We like to spend as much time as possible applying first aid to real life scenarios with plenty of hands-on practice.
